Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Billing Specialist with great research and resolution skills for a 3-5 month contract engagement in Houston, TX.

Pay Range: $22.00/hr. - $26.00/hr.

Location: Houston, TX (on-site)

Responsibilities: --- Process field service tickets --- Correspond with field personnel to obtain approved electronic field tickets from the client. --- Review invoice drafts for correct pricing, correct taxes, correct unit of measurement and pricing per unit of measurement --- Ensure invoices are not created without the proper pricing approval signature, or updated price letter per company, a purchase order number and a BOL/POD attached to the order --- Utilize field ticket maintenance to track stage and status to determine job completions --- Work closely with the Client Fulfillment team on invoicing to ensure accurate billing

Experience: --- Candidates with strong analytical, researching and resolving skills are required. --- Minimum of 3 years experience with client billing and revenue recognition experience --- Experience with E-invoicing and various client portals for billing --- Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, SAP, etc. --- Strong Excel (should know how to write a formula)
