Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Tax Services to coach
associates and manage tax matters for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and onboard new associates while resolving complex customer
service issues
Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain
service efficiency
Monitor team performance metrics and drive change management
initiatives
Required Qualifications
4-year degree in Business Administration or related field
preferred
3+ years of experience in HCM software, payroll tax, or related
fields
Subject matter expertise in tax systems and processes
Experience with Salesforce.com or customer management analytical
software preferred
Ability to work independently and interface with multiple
departments
