Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Director, Network Management -
Medicaid/North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
Design conceptual models and plan initiatives for Medicaid
value-based agreements with providers
Negotiate contracts to maintain and enhance Medicaid provider
networks while ensuring compliance with company standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet accessibility, quality,
regulatory, and financial goals
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of related experience with expert-level
negotiation skills
Proven knowledge of provider financial issues and complex
contracting arrangements
Experience in Health Plan/Payer or Provider Systems
Medicaid regulatory experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
