Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Training Manager responsible
for delivering and managing training-related needs for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate live or virtual training sessions and workshops using
Adult Learning Principles
Coach and evaluate training participants while providing feedback
and conducting field rides
Manage training logistics, including agenda development and the
Medical, Legal, Regulatory review process
Required Qualifications and Education
4-year college degree required; MBA or master's in instructional
design preferred
Bio-pharma sales training experience required
High-level PowerPoint skills required
Pharma sales and sales management experience preferred
Background in Key Account Management or Reimbursement preferred
