A company is looking for an Escalations & Emergency Response
Manager to oversee customer escalations and manage emergency
response plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-visibility customer escalations and coordinate
communication during crises
Conduct root cause analysis of escalations and recommend process
improvements
Develop and implement emergency plans and training for
employees
Required Qualifications
5+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of emergency preparedness experience
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with
empathy
Knowledge of emergency management laws and regulations
Experience in managing disaster recovery operations
