Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Data Onboarding Manager to
oversee the onboarding of quality customer data into their
products.
Key Responsibilities
Own the onboarding process of customer data, ensuring alignment
with the global compensation data model
Optimize onboarding processes by identifying bottlenecks and
implementing improvements
Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, providing
training and support to customers
Required Qualifications
Experience with CRM, onboarding tools, and data integration
platforms
Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
Familiarity with compensation data and systems like Workday and
SuccessFactors
Proactive approach to using internal tools for communication
Experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment is
preferred
