Key Responsibilities

objectives are met
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members while
facilitating training and development
Manage customer accounts and serve as a point of escalation for
team members
Required Qualifications
4+ years in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or
equivalent experience
2+ years of experience managing SaaS teams focused on revenue
outcomes
Proven track record of high achievement in previous roles
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training team members
Ability to analyze customer data and develop strategic
solutions
