Responsibilities:
--- Draft well-prepared pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and orders
--- Advocate effectively on behalf of clients
--- Resolve and prevent legal issues for clients
--- Collaborate closely with paralegals and lead attorneys to expedite family litigation processes
--- Handle, respond to, and request discovery
--- Represent clients in hearings and trials related to custody, support, and property matters
--- Participate in mediation sessions
--- Negotiate with opposing counsel

Qualifications:
--- Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree
--- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
--- Preferably has experience in Family Law
--- Preferably has experience in Legal Clinic
--- Will assist in handling all aspects of family law cases from initial pleadings to post-judgment
--- Your are committed to learning and being an expert in Texas Family Law
