  • Radiology Dept. at Woman's Hospital of Texas
  • Typical hiring profile requires CT experience including adults and pedi (works shift alone so must have experience)

  • Preferred skills include basic X-ray skills to help the Rad Tech if volume warrants because CT volume is very low

        • Unit Specific Information
        • Number of Beds in Radiology dept. - Small department
        • Number of Staff - One CT Tech per shift
        • Patient Ratios - One CT Tech per shift
        • Type of equipment - GE Lightspeed (16 slice)
        • EMR system in use
        • List of typical procedures performed: Abdomen and Pelvis, Head, Chest for PE (no cardiac)
          • Additional Details
          • Consider new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options to attract talent
          • This shift is expected to have very low volume of CT patients, making it easier to manage
