Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Care Representative I - Pet
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality member service and strive for first call
resolution
Educate members on policy information and coverage using multiple
resources
Maintain accurate documentation of all member interactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; some undergraduate studies
preferred
Typically one year of work-related experience, preferably in
insurance or customer service
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of general business practices and
terminology
Ability to operate personal computer and related software for
business applications
