Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Client Executive to manage
and nurture client relationships while driving retention and growth
of a portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage renewal processes and collaborate with account management
and underwriting
Act as a client-facing representative during open enrollments and
address member issues
Produce and analyze Ad Hoc reporting as requested by clients or
brokers
Required Qualifications and Education
College degree or equivalent work experience required
At least 1 year of experience in an account management role
Working knowledge of employee medical benefit plans
Experience with group health insurance and self-funded health plans
preferred
Producer's license preferred but not mandatory
