Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Partner to align human
resources strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR guidance
and support
Utilize data and analytics to inform HR decisions and
strategies
Develop and manage compensation and total rewards programs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR
role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all
levels
Expertise in compensation and total rewards programs
