Job Description:
A company is looking for an MD Call Specialist (Remote) to
provide quality care through pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based
environment
Process prescription information and perform claim adjudication and
auditing duties
Act as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical
professionals for patient care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED is required
Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy is
preferred
Ability to work in a remote setting, sitting at a desk for 90% of
the time
