Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Quality Improvement Analyst to provide quality assurance and support for crisis intervention services in both Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to complete quality improvement reviews and provide feedback on crisis intervention conversations
Analyze quality improvement data to identify trends and areas for enhancement
Optimize internal review procedures and maintain standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of professional crisis intervention experience beyond volunteerism
Fluency in Spanish and English
Intermediate knowledge of quality improvement and quality assurance processes
Willingness to complete updated volunteer Crisis Counselor training
Intermediate G-suite and technical skills
