Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist to
assist customers throughout the claims process.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer connections with empathy and
compassion
Handle high-volume inquiry calls to assist customers with their
claims
Document all actions taken on claims and communicate with customers
and third parties
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
1 year of customer service experience preferred
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high call volume
environment
Comfortable with computer technology
This position is not available in California, Alaska, Hawaii, or
Puerto Rico
