Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Standards Lead to oversee
global quality and standards initiatives for their supply.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage quality requirements across various
supply types
Measure and analyze supply performance in collaboration with Data
Science and Product teams
Identify and address ongoing gaps in quality management across the
business
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in quality operations, management
consulting, or project management
Proven track record of delivering on key business objectives with
impactful results
Experience navigating a matrixed organization and building
relationships with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data usage; SQL
knowledge is a plus
Ability to balance short-term gains with long-term strategic
positioning
