Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Production Support Specialist
to join their Fulfillment Production Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement technology solutions to enhance throughput and
efficiency metrics
Lead investigations and root cause analyses of production issues
within the fulfillment network
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deploy new
software capabilities across the fulfillment network
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in systems design, implementation, and
operations of 24/7 production systems
3+ years of production support experience in distribution,
fulfillment, logistics, or high-volume environments
Ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL statements and
stored procedures
Familiarity with monitoring and managing cloud-based services and
system resources
Working knowledge of network protocols and server-to-server
communication techniques
