Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, RCM Production
Control.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise front-end revenue cycle functions, including charge
capture and clean claim submissions
Oversee EDI functions and payor enrollment processes with various
payors
Mentor and manage performance of team members while implementing
process improvements
Required Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. in a related field preferred
4+ years of related revenue cycle management experience
1+ years of supervisory experience in a revenue cycle setting
preferred
Experience in enrolling providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and
commercial payors
Knowledge of billing and coding requirements, including payor claim
requirements
