Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consultant - Business Strategy &
Management (Contract).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business planning for the transition to a hybrid business
model and ensure accountability among the executive team
Establish and manage project timelines, milestones, and
dependencies across leadership teams
Support internal communication to keep the Leadership Team updated
on new business initiatives
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in executive facilitation and program or
project management
Experience engaging with senior executives in a digital health or
healthcare setting
Proficiency in project management software, particularly
Smartsheet
Demonstrated experience in continuous performance improvement and
change management methodologies
Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate project success and
identify improvement areas
