Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst (Mandarin
Speaking) to assist renters in qualifying for homes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of deals and follow up with customers to drive
revenue
Communicate with customers via phone and email in various
situations
Gather data on customer communications to improve user
experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Ability to multitask and adapt to change
Strong math and analytical skills
Customer-centric mindset and team-oriented attitude
Must be able to work during specified business hours, including one
weekend day
