Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time IT Operations Technician to
support their global remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Track, document, and manage IT issues and resolutions through a
ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, primarily
for Mac workstations
Assist with IT projects and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications & Experience
1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and software,
particularly in Mac environments
Understanding of MDM solutions
Experience with Google Workspace
Prior experience working with a helpdesk/IT ticketing system is
highly preferred
